Graduate Backend Engineer

Monzo's backend is built on a microservices architecture written in Go, and as a Graduate Backend Engineer you will contribute to the services that power current accounts, payments, and lending for millions of UK customers. Monzo's engineering culture is open and collaborative, with extensive internal documentation, blameless post-mortems, and regular knowledge-sharing sessions. You will deploy to production frequently using Kubernetes and work in small, autonomous squads with real ownership over your domain.
